low-Cost Community Clinic

OUR MISSION
Our mission is to change the way animals on St. Croix are treated by providing low-cost, high-quality veterinary care for people who have previously had limited access to care for their animals. Through direct outreach via our clinic, we aim to promote up-to-date animal care practices within our community.
OUR VISION
We believe the human-animal bond is fundemental and we aim to steward that bond by helping people take care of their animals. The low-cost community clinic expands care beyond spay and neuter-centric programs of the past by including high-quality medical care and treatments at low-cost, thereby encouraging individuals to keep pets in their homes and to promote humane and responsible pet ownership in our community. The result is healthier, happier animals that live longer lives, remain in their homes and a community that seeks appropriate care for their pets.

OUR COMMUNITY CLINIC
For many pet owners on St. Croix, the cost of veterinary care is a struggle and some people are unable to seek care at all. Our clinic offers discounted prices so that everyone can afford to take care of their animals. We will work with ANY budget and give your pet the best care possible!
The community clinic was started in 2016 in our hurricane destroyed location at Clifton Hill. It is currently operating out of our temporary 5 Corners location and is open 5 days per week.

FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED!
WE OFFER FREE TNVR (TRAP, NEUTER/SPAY, VACCINATE, RELEASE) FOR FERAL CATS.
Due to the high volume of shelter and community animals on surgery days, we limit intake to 4 feral cats per surgery day. Cats are accepted on a first-come, first served basis. Cats must be in a TRAP (not a soft or hard carrier) and will be ear-tipped. ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS!
Cats brought in hard carriers or soft carriers will be considered non-feral and charged our regular spay/neuter fee.
